Red, White, & Blue!

We had a great 4th of July! Fireworks, friends, family & of course...lots of fabulous food! In all of it's colorful Independence glory! Just want to mention that we're so grateful to be free. It seems that I celebrate most things by baking & making goodies:) Please check out our facebook page with the yummy striped/chocolate covered strawberries. July Cupcake: Watermelon!

Our fruity cupcake tastes just like Summer fun!  Wouldn't you like to have one of these at your next BBQ?  It is a watermelon cupcake topped with watermelon icing, then sprinkled with mini choco chips (seeds). $2.50 each.  The flavor is reminiscent of a jolly rancher or salt water taffy!  This is our favorite cupcake we've featured this year.  Pretty in pink & ooooh Delicious!

The Tank was a piece of Cake!!!

We made one 7 year old boy VERY happy!  It is a confetti cake covered with Olive Drab MM fondant.  We ate it up right after lighting the sparkler Cannon & the 7 Red White & Blue candles!
