I love that the seasons are beginning to change here in Utah. With the crisp air & falling leaves comes delicious Holiday Baking!!!  I think that it's my favorite time of year simply for the yummy smells coming from the oven.  Just thinking of the warm baked goodies all over our kitchen makes me so excited...Here's to making the next few months a little sweeter:)

We Generously frosted it with a creamy & light Marscapone icing,
& then topped it with a crispy cinnamon sugar tortilla chip!
