Real Lemon Cake


Topped with a sprinkling of confectioner's sugar

Topped with a drizzle of lemon cream cheese icing

Spring has Sprung!  In honor of the first day of Spring we made these Lemon cakes from simmered & then pureed lemon slices.  You've never had such a dense & fresh lemon flavor in your whole life!  Very good!  What better way to celebrate the season?
