Bottom layer: Vanilla bean cake/filled with fresh raspberry puree`
Middle tier is Chocolate Fudge cake/filled with dark chocolate ganache Wedding bells seem to ring more frequently for us at about this time of year. So in honor of all those brides-to-be, we thought it would be kinda fun to post pics of our very first attempt to bake & deliver a "practice" stacked cake. You know what they say "practice makes perfect"! Thank heavens we get second chances. FYI: The Hubby tells me that it's not to bad for a first try:) Yes, I think that earns him cake:) And I did agree 100% on something...it tasted fantastic! We'll be posting more pics of Wedding cakes we've done since this one soon.
~Did I happen to mention that on the 22nd of this month The Sweet Cherub will celebrate 15 Wonderful years with her true love?
